Rossano started yoga at the age of 18. Interested to discover the body of human being studied anatomy and physiology and qualified as Massage and Reflexology therapist.Travelled to Asia. In China practised Chi-Gong. In Kyoto (Japan) practised fasting for 10 days and received Reiki training. Afterwards went into Himalaya region in several Ashrams in Rishikesh.
A slow process brought him to first attend a couple of Vipassana Meditation 10 day silent retreats and then to be certified in Yoga from Baba Ramdev (Hatha Yoga), Manju Jois (Ashtangha), also week workshops with Sharath (Ashtangha), A.L.V. Kumar (Traditional Yoga) and finally being instructed as Yoga Teacher with Ashokananda in Himalyan Hatha Yoga style.
His classes are usually led slow by mindful approach with awareness of movement. Focus is put on breath and its changes and also on the meditative aspect of moving inwardly.
