I started my yoga journey a few years ago, when I reached a breaking point in my life.  Yoga has since allowed me to reconnect with my true self, whilst enjoying expression through the physical body, and finding joy in every day life.

Teaching in a way that makes yoga accessible for everyone, I invite you to be playful on your mat, challenge yourself, and find space for calmness and relaxation.  Connecting the mind and body through the breath, whilst developing strength and flexibility, my classes are designed to help students feel both grounded and uplifted.

Initially trained in Power Yoga, I fell in love with Himalayan Hatha whilst staying at Yogi’s ashram in India.  Following an intense training with Yogi, I rooted my belief in Himalayan Hatha, and cemented my path as both a full time yoga teacher and student.

I'm available for studio classes, short beginners’ courses, private sessions, and ‘Yoga for Stress’ corporate packages.

I am also a yoga therapist, working with clients experiencing physical or mental health issues.
