My yoga journey started in my early twenties, a time when I decided that I couldn't let myself get away with bad habits anymore, also, stress related to life responsibilities started to rise and impact my mood. As a newfound sport enthusiast it was easy to appreciate the asanas. I, however, didn't become aware, until my mid-twenties, that yoga is mostly about bringing one's attention to the present moment and cleansing the body deeply from inside and out.
In my late twenties, through meditation and deeper study, my understanding broadened and my wish to pass on the practice emerged.
I found in Himalayan Hatha Yoga a very adequate style to deal with today's modern life; it trains one to find peace within the storm, and getting to know one's deeper self through pushing all boundaries.
I'm available around Hertfordshire and North London, and you can find my regular classes in Welwyn Garden City - Herts
