Jackie Hylton

Jackie is a former Beauty Therapist, who owned and managed a Boutique Beauty Salon in the heart of Wandsworth Town, South London for over 10 Years.    It was during this period that in 2004 that she fell in love with yoga at her first ever yoga class.

Now a fully qualified Himalayan Hatha Teacher, Jackie’s first formal yoga training began in India in 2014 with  the Yoga Ashokunanda School founded by Yoga Ashokunanda  and she continues to study under his guidance in both India and in the UK.  Jackie is passionate about Himalayan Hatha Yoga due to its special, unique sequencing and its ability to build strength, stability and flexibility combined with the development of a strong relationship to the mind and body.  Jackie is a firm believer that yoga is for everyone regardless and that it is vital for the maintenance of a healthy body.
