Background
Michael found yoga in the mid 90’s as recovery from a serious spinal injury.
Returning to international racing in Triathlon and Ironman events, yoga grew to expand an open minded approach to practice and life. In the following years, the racing disappeared and the yoga evolved, deepened and developed. In 2009 after studying various different styles of yoga Michael met Yogi Ashokananda and begun an apprenticeship him, in the UK and India, teaching and assisting with Himalayan Hatha Yoga,Kriya Yoga and meditation.
Michael teaches with a light hearted approach and a deep understanding of the body, refined and combined through yoga, cranio-sacral therapy and life experiance.
